On your first visit to our office you will be welcomed as a member of our family and our receptionist will greet you and your pet with a warm smile. You will then be asked to fill out our required forms which will help us gain some information about your pet and their condition.
Dr. Perry Diamond will then consult with you and ask you some specific questions regarding what conditions veterinary medical care may be of benefit to your pet. . Nothing will be done in our office without your consent.
After the doctor consults with the you, your pet will have a Comprehensive Physical Examination. If necessary, the doctor may recommend X-rays and Blood testing or refer your pet for additional testing procedures.
X-ray is sometimes required to get a full evaluation of an animal patient. The need for X-ray is considered on a case by case basis. Our equipment is state of the art for imaging.
We have a full in-house laboratory capable of running Blood Chemistry, CBC and Electrolyte testing as well as Urine and Fecal analysis and Bacterial Culture and Sensitivity testing.
Once all the information and examinations have been performed, the doctor will give you a report of findings and tell you recommendations for medical treatment for your pet.
Treatment may include prescribing medications,performing surgical procedures, deworming and vaccinations, to get your pet back into health.
